The Swig Company strives to include environmental best practices as part of our business growth. We have proudly launched sustainability programs at 369 Pine. The following is a list of sustainability awards and accomplishments for 369 Pine, as well as other Tenant sustainability programs in place.

- 2009: Third Place Earth Awards for best sustainability practices from Building Owners & Managers Association
- 2008: Third Place Earth Awards for best sustainability practices from Building Owners & Managers Association
- 2005: Third place recipient in small building, Cory Award
- Participant in SF Community Power “Demand Response” Program
- $10,000 recipient for the Social and Environment Entrepreneurs, SF Commercial Recycling Mini-Grant Program

Tenant Sustainability Programs
- Recycling and compost program
- Electronic equipment disposal and a collection kiosk for the disposal of used batteries, cell phones, and CDs to Tenants
- ZipCar - Two Zipcars are located in Petrarch Place behind 369 Pine Street, ready for tenant use. A promotional discount is available to all tenants
- Secure bike racks are available at no cost to tenants, on a first come, first serve basis.
- Goodwill donation box available for use in the Mills Building
- Green cleaning practices through janitorial services provider
